A Brand Evolution Rooted in Storytelling

Manning Elliott, a leading business advisory firm, had not updated its brand identity in over two decades. Following a period of significant growth and a move to a new office, they embarked on a rebrand to reflect their evolving vision. With a newly developed logo and brand positioning, they needed a digital experience that aligned with their modern identity and set them apart from competitors.

My Role

  • As Creative Director & Design Lead, I was responsible for crafting a digital presence that visually and strategically captured Manning Elliott’s brand essence. I led the concept development, UX/UI design, and creative direction, ensuring the new site was not only aesthetically compelling but also highly functional and intuitive.Design Concept & StrategyOur approach centered on telling Manning Elliott’s brand story through numbers—a nod to their expertise in accounting and finance. We built the visual language around three key pillars:
    • West Coast Inspiration: We drew from the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest, incorporating imagery that evoked a sense of trust, stability, and ambition.
    • Vibrant Color Palette: The combination of salmon orange and Pacific Ocean blue symbolized energy, warmth, and reliability—essential traits for a firm that advises businesses on financial growth.
    • Modern & Bold UI: The interface was designed to feel clean, structured, yet dynamic, reinforcing their expertise while making complex financial information approachable.

Execution & Collaboration

  • Led end-to-end UI/UX strategy, ensuring the site was visually striking and easy to navigate.
  • Worked closely with the development team to implement the design on Drupal, ensuring scalability and longevity.
  • Collaborated with stakeholders to refine content, optimizing storytelling through a blend of typography, imagery, and data visualization.
